Virginia Theological Seminary Dorms

Virginia Theological Seminary, in Alexandria VA, has recently completed four Student Housing Buildings with 39 apartment-style housing options for those coming to Seminary with a spouse and/or children.  The modern 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units are available in four garden style apartment buildings.  The project was designed by Potomac Energy Group, Inc. and installed by W.L. Gary Company, Inc. The buildings heating and cooling is supplied from a central utility system controlled by a Campus wide Facility Management System.  Each apartment unit has AC Units with variable speed fans and temperature/humidity control.   Smart Room Sensors give each Student access to their space comfort settings and Facility Engineers access for trouble-shooting and overrides during Campus recess.
