Dorchester Hall Dormitory
The University of Maryland, in College Park, MD, has completed a renovation of a six story student dormitory on Campus. The renovation included the replacement of the heating and cooling system and a piping connection to their central utility plant. The project was engineered by WFT Engineering, Inc. under a tight schedule for completion.
The controls were provided to match and connect to the Campus Central Control and Monitoring System (CCMS). Integration to Dedicated Outdoor Air Equipment, Variable Speed Drives, and Water Flow Meters provide information and data that help to keep the buildings environments healthy and energy efficient.
