Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, dependable BAS HVAC Controls Technician to start immediately. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing commercial heating and air conditioning control systems such as VAVs, fan coil units, air handlers.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning, programming, point-to-point testing and troubleshooting HVAC BAS controls
• Use of electronic multi-meters and calibration equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Effective written communication skills for documentation of work performed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial HVAC BAS Controls or related field
• Advanced skills working with various computer operating systems and programs
• Tridium N4, Distech experience is a plus
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, flow diagrams
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Aptitude for mechanical/technical work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
